Bryan Broussard — Chief Technical Officer / Owner

Bryan began his journey in the IT industry at just 15 years old and has had a front-row seat to the remarkable growth and evolution of technology. Over the years, he has earned multiple certifications and developed exceptional expertise, making him highly skilled and well-regarded in his field. Bryan and his wife, Kira, have been married since 2006 and share two wonderful children. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys bowling, playing board games, traveling, and cherishing time with his family.

Kira Broussard — Chief Operating Officer / Owner

With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Kira brings deep technical knowledge and a genuine care for clients to everything she does at Masra Tech. Outside of her professional life, Kira is a proud mother of two grown children and cherishes spending time with them. An avid lover of cats, music, and board games, she brings creativity and warmth to every aspect of her life. Kira also finds fulfillment in giving back to her community by volunteering.

Tanner Twork — Field Technician

Tanner is a skilled computer technician with hands-on experience across both hardware and software, handling everything from troubleshooting to system setup with confidence. He’s built a strong technical foundation and continues sharpening his skills to take on more complex challenges as they come. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, where his competitive spirit thrives.

John Miner — Field Technician

John brings over a decade of hands-on IT and network support experience to the Masra Tech team, with a background spanning K-12 education, retail tech services, and specialized technical support for high-security environments. His broad skill set covers everything from network troubleshooting and hardware repair to enterprise imaging and software deployment. Outside of work, John is an enthusiastic amusement park-goer and self-proclaimed Disney fan, always ready to talk about the next park adventure.

Katharine Robinson — Customer Service

Katharine brings a bubbly, welcoming energy to everything she does at Masra Tech, greeting every client with a warm smile and making sure they feel heard from the very first hello. She has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable, whether she’s helping resolve an issue or just checking in. Outside of work, Katharine is an enthusiastic gamer with a special love for all things Kirby — when she’s not at her desk, you can usually find her diving into her next favorite game.

Lisa Hall — Administrative Assistant

Lisa brings warmth, precision, and a genuine love of hosting to everything she does at Masra Tech, with an attention to detail that makes her a true asset to the team and everyone who knows her. Outside of work, Lisa is a family-first person who enjoys bowling and hosting friends and loved ones, always making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of.

Jonathan Karl — Tech Assistant

Jonathan is a flexible, hands-on presence on the Masra Tech team, equally comfortable climbing into a ceiling to run wires, handling backups, or tackling whatever challenge comes his way. His willingness to jump into any task makes him a great asset to the team. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys all things tech, spending time with his son, and diving into a good philosophical conversation.
